Expensive but worth the price

Very happy with the quality. There was a small magnet that holds the lid down that did come broken. Called AquaTeak customer service, the line rang twice, some friendly dude picked up, I explained what happened, he sent me two replacement magnets. Phone call lasted maybe 2 mins. Great customer service like that should be the standard. If private equity buys this place I can’t imagine the quality or service will continue to make the price worth it Have bought a number of other things from this company after my first purchase
