Love It!!

I looked around for a while & read reviews before I made my purchase. I decided on this model. It arrived quickly and took minutes to assemble. It is very sturdy and well made and the adjustable feet were great to accommodate the slope of the floor. I highly recommend! I am back to purchase some oil, as I have decided I like the "newer" finish to the "weathered" finish.

LOVE THE SHOWER STOOL!

I love this shower stool! I am no longer afraid that I will lose my balance in the shower as I try and wash my legs or my hair. My husband feels the same way! Most important, was the wonderful customer service that I received from this company. I had questions so I didn't order on-line, but by phone. The gentleman was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and then took the order over the phone. I firmly believe in this day of competition (there are so many companies trying to make it in this economy and I have several teak furniture suppliers in Los Angeles, California) that outstanding service is the key to retaining customers. The front line person is the one who achieves the feeling of being helped or shunned. I am so sorry that I don't remember the name of the person who did take my order, but hopefully whoever reads this will be able to find out and put this in his employment record. The stool is very well made, but truthfully, I would return to this company because of my customer service rep. I would be happy to have someone from the company call me to verify the above if you wish to do so.

Works Great!!

We just use it as a corner shelf for towels and bath accessories. So, I can't comment on its durability in the shower. However, it looks nice and serves the purpose for which we bought it.
