Just recently received and assembled this bench. Delivery was quite quick and packaging was way more than adequate. Once you start assembling this bench, which takes no time at all, you immediately notice the exceptional quality of the materials and even more the precision of manufacture that results in perfect fits which result in a very sturdy product. Purchased a serving tray as well and it too exhibited the same commitment to quality.

I received and assembled this bench a few weeks ago. - The wood is very good quality teak - dense and fine grained. - the stainless steel hardware is very good quality (looks like a high nickel content) and so should resist rusting well. - assembly was very simple. the mortise and tenon joints were perfectly matched, and the stainless steel screws were adequately sized. The bench is heavy and feels very solid, with a rich, uniform color and grain. I'm impressed and will reorder for my other two baths from this vendor.

I love this bench. It is stylish but also functional as I can use the shelf to store a few essentials. I am using the bench in my shower - it added just the right touch in an otherwise slightly too large shower. The bench is very sturdy. I highly recommend.
